Because of the nature of Koi to jump out of a new pond or tank during the first couple of days, it is the customers' responsibility to make sure that there are adequate precautions in place.
We cannot be responsible for the customers allowing the Koi to jump out. You should always quarantine your new fish, we do our part in making sure the Koi leave healthy but we cannot be responsible for your water conditions. We will not be responsible for your negligence. New Koi need to become acclimated to your pond water. I cannot stress enough the importance of quarantining your fish.

The shipping process for Koi are they are sent overnight by UPS with a 10a.m. Guarantee. We only ship to US (not Alaska, Canada, or Hawaii).
The shipping price is usually $40 but depending on how many Koi you get and size it could change. Depending on how weebly does shipping we may have to send you a Google or Pay Pal invoice to cover the rest of shipping.
